农林高校法学本科专业实践教学改革探析

法学实践教学的有效开展有利于学生深化对专业理论知识的理解,有利于提升学生的专业实践能力,有利于培育学生的职业道德和对法律的信仰.基于农林高校法学实践教学普遍存在的问题,应当通过增强实践教学的吸引力、进一步完善实践课程设置和加强实践教学师资队伍建设等措施来增强法学专业实践教学的实效性.

On Reforming Practice Teaching of Law Undergraduate Programs in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

An effective practice teaching in the law undergraduate program helps deepening students＇ understanding of their professional theories, upgrading their practical skills as future practitioners and enhancing their strong professional ethics and tacit understanding of their future endeavors. Taking into consideration of the existing problems in the current practice teaching, the present paper proposed that the effectiveness of practice teaching of law undergraduate program be strengthened through intensifying the attractiveness of practice teaching, perfecting the course systems and raising to a higher level the faculty construction.
