摘    要:在室内控制光照条件下,采用水培方法,对不同氮效率玉米基因型的根分泌物含量和叶片硝酸还原酶活性进行了比较研究.结果表明:氮胁迫条件下,不同氮效率玉米基因型根分泌物中可溶性总糖、氨基酸、酚类物质含量及叶片硝酸还原酶活性等差异极显著.在氮营养缺乏时,高效玉米基因型根系能比低效玉米基因型提供更多的分泌物.不同玉米基因型间硝酸还原酶的活性与氮营养效率呈现显著正相关关系.

Abstract:Adopting hydroponics measures,the content of root exudation and the activity of nitrogen reducing enzyme for maize genotypes with different N efficiency was analyzed and studied in the plant growth chamber.One high and one low nitrogen efficiency maize genotype were used in this experiment.The results showed that the root exudations including total solubility sugar,amino acid and phenolic compound were obviously different from each other for the maize genotypes with different nitrogen efficiency under the condition of nitrogen stress.The roots of maize genotypes with high nitrogen efficiency could produce more exudations than the one with low nitrogen efficiency.The correlation between the activity of nitrogen reducing enzyme and nitrogen efficiency of maize genotypes was significant positive under the condition of nitrogen deficiency.
