摘    要:目的 观察早期综合干预疗法对早产低体质量儿运动及智力发育的疗效.方法 127例Gesell量表评估总发育商DQ< 75的早产低体质量儿,随机分为干预组67例和对照组60例.干预组进行3个疗程的综合早期干预,包括运动治疗、物理治疗、药物治疗及家庭康复指导,对照组则采用一般的新生儿护理.随访半年,采用Gesell量表评估幼...

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of early comprehensive intervention in the movement and intelligence development of premature low birth weight infants (PLBWIs). Methods A total of 127 PLBWIs whose develop- ment quotient was less than 75 by GeseU Developmental Schedules were randomly divided into intervention group (n=67) and control group (n=60). The intervention group were treated with three sessions of early comprehensive intervention including exercise, physiotherapy, pharmacotherapy and home rehabilitation guidance, while the control group received the general care. Their development situation was evaluated by Gesell Developmental Schedules during 6-month follow-up. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of athletic ability, adaptive ability, linguistic competence, social ability and development quotient increased (P〈0.01), but the incidence of cerebral palsy and other neurological damage complications decreased (P〈0.05) in the intervention group. Conclusion The early comprehensive intervention can improve the movement and intelligence development and reduce the incidence of cerebral palsy and other neurological damage complications in PLBWls.
