摘    要:为给滇中地区野生香椿种质资源的收集与评价及优良种质或良种的选育奠定基础,以滇中地区2~3年生野生香椿为选优材料,以其嫩芽数、嫩芽质量、嫩芽长度等指标为评选指标,对其依次进行了初选、复选及决选,最终选择出的香椿优良单株为:A30、B4、B12、B15、C7、C33、C36、C37、D5、D15。其中,萌芽力强和嫩芽产量高的香椿优株分别为A30和C36,其总糖含量、Vc含量、蛋白质、氨基酸总量及磷、钾、钙、镁、锌、铁等主要矿质营养含量均高于普通香椿(对照)。

Abstract:In order to lay the foundation for collecting and evaluating Toona sinensisgermplasm resources and breeding superior cultivars at Central Yunnan areas, using 2-3 years wild T. sinensis at Central Yunnan areas as materials, primary selection, reselection and ifnal selection were put forward based on tender bud number, tender bud mass and tender bud length, and some superior plants were selected out, including A30, B4, B12, B15, C7, C33, C36, C37, D5 and D15. A30 and C36 had strong germination ability and high yield of buds, and their contents of total sugar, Vc, protein, total amino acids and P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe and other main mineral nutrients were higher than CK.
