| Abstract: | The definition of digital library and its features are briefly described.According to the Copyright Law of PRC and the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information,the possible legal risk taken on by the digital library in the digitalization and network dissemination of works is analyzed,on the basis of this;the paper has put forward countermeasures to avoid intellectual property infringement. |
