| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the importance of the enterprise culture innovation and that establishing learning organization can develop the innovation ability of the enterprises, it is presented to bring up the enterprise culture of learning organization through cultivating the value of study, constructing the cultural atmosphere which is good for employees' learning, and building an encouragement policy about learning organization in order to achieve the innovation of the enterprise culture. |
