摘    要:在河南省南阳生态条件下,以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacumL.)品种云烟87为试材,研究了不同密度和留叶数对烤烟质体色素及降解产物含量的影响。结果表明:不同种植密度、留叶数、密度×留叶数互作对质体色素及其降解产物的影响均显著;质体色素及其降解产物随种植密度的增加而呈现先增加后减少的变化;在每株留叶22片的处理中,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均最高,分别为0.020 2 mg/g、0.015 7 mg/g、0.035 9 mg/g和0.365 8 mg/g;在种植密度(行株距)为120 cm×55 cm、每株留叶22片的处理中,叶绿素降解产物新植二烯含量和类胡卜素降解产物总量均最高,分别为1 071.000 0μg/g和64.17μg/g,占挥发性香气总量的87.54%和5.25%。
