摘    要:盐肤木是重要的造林及园林绿化树种。为了探讨种子的耐盐能力,分两种盐分NaCl和NaCl KCl(1:1mol)5个处理0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,1.0%,进行了种子发芽试验。结果表明,两种盐分对种子的发芽率和苗木生长均有一定的抑制作用;随着盐分浓度的提高,发芽率逐渐下降,幼苗生长状况也呈同一趋势。与复合盐分相比,单一盐分对种子发芽和苗木生长的抑制作用更强,说明K^ 的存在能在一定程度上缓解Na^ 的危害。

Experiment of Seed Germination under Salinity Stress

Abstract:Rhus chinensis is an important forestation and gardens greening species. In order to test the salinity tolerance of seeds, the experiment of seed germination under the conditions of two salts NaCl and NaCl+KCl(1:1mol) with five treatments 0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 1.0% was operated between March and May, 2000 in Shandong Academy of Forestry. The results showed that the two kinds of salts both had harmful influence on seed germination as well as seedling growth. With salinity concentration rising, germination rates fell, seedling growing worsened. Additionally compared with compound salts (NaCl+KCl), single salt(NaCl) was stronger to hinder seed germination and seedling growth, which indicated that K + could alleviate the negative effect of Na +.
