迷宫型灌水器流道结构与水力性能的模拟研究

摘    要:为研究迷宫流道结构对灌水器水力性能的影响,利用有限元分析软件Femlab建立了不同流道断面面积和流道单元数模型,通过模拟得出灌水器流量压力关系和灌水器流速分布.分析表明:应用数值模拟的方法可以直观地反映灌水器内部水流运动规律;采用统计回归分析,灌水器的流量系数与断面面积呈正相关关系,与流道长度呈负相关关系;灌水器的流态指数变化不大;当流道长度和压力相同时,流量与流道断面面积呈正相关关系;当流道断面面积和压力相同时,流量随单元数的增加而逐渐减小,呈负相关关系.结果表明,采用有限元方法可以揭示迷宫型灌水器流道结构与水力性能之间的关系,对灌水器流道的结构设计具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of flow structural of labyrinth channel on the hydraulic performance of emitter,a model of different with flow cross-sectional area and channel length was established by Femlab software.The relation of flux and pressure,and the velocity distributions of the emitter could be obtained.The result showed that the established method of numerical simulation could directly reflect fluid movement of inner water of drip irrigation emitter.The discharge coefficient and fluid index were determined by regression method.The discharge coefficient was positively correlated with cross-sectional area,and negative correlated with channel length.The effect of fluid index was little change;Under the same conditions of channel length and pressure,the discharge was positively correlated with channel cross-sectional area;At the same channel cross-sectional area and pressure,the discharge was negatively correlated with channel length.It indicated that the numerical simulation method could disclose the relationship between emitter flow structural and hydraulic performance,and it was important significance to design flow structure of channel drip emitter.
