An Agricultural Mechanical Device for Grain Bagged Process

To reduce the effects of dust and pulverized powder on farmers’ health during grain uninstall process,we developed an agricultural device for grain bagged process.This device can realize the grain bagged process automatically,and can automatically change bag according to the grain volume.It was an ancillary device of current agricultural harvester or mechanical dryer in grain uninstall process.The device consisted of rotating equipment,stepper motor,infrared sensor,funnel,intelligent control circuit et al.The funnel is used to receive grain from harvesters or dryers.The pressure sensor then detects the grain volume and transmits the volume information to the intelligent control circuit.The intelligent control circuit drives the stepper motor rotating a certain angle and fulfills the purpose of replacement for new bag.This device has a broad application prospect in the market,especially the agricultural mechanization market.
