水稻谷粒的压弯剪力学性能试验

摘    要:水稻谷粒的损伤与破碎除与其所受内外力的作用有关之外,也与其本身的力学性能有关。破坏力和破坏能是水稻谷粒力学性能的两个重要指标。为此,通过对水稻谷粒的挤压力学性能试验,测得了其压力-位移曲线;分析了水稻谷粒的挤压破碎过程,给出了破坏力与破坏能的计算方法。试验研究了弯剪载荷下水稻谷粒的力学性能,并对水稻谷粒的压、弯、剪力学性能进行了比较。其结果为相关机械的优化、设计提供了力学参数。

Abstract:Besides internal and external stress,injury to rice grain is concerned with mechanical properties.In this study,the force-deformation curve of rice grains was measured by the compression test.Some phenomena that occurred in the compression test were described.Failure force and Failure energy are two important indexes to the injury of rice grains.The computing methods of Failure force and Failure energy were given..The bending and shearing mechanical properties of rice grain were also studied by experiments.The mechanical properties of rice grain can offer the base for optimization design of relevant devices.
