摘    要:为了实现设施栽培中营养液浓度的动态精确调配,对多路母液(酸液)加入量与营养液EC/pH值的关系进行了研究。采用园试通用配方作为母液,对作物生长影响最大的4种母液和酸液设计了五因素三水平的正交试验,并对试验结果进行了多元线性回归,建立了多路母液加入量与营养液EC/pH值的关系模型。试验结果表明:与实测值相比,关系模型预测得到EC值的平均与最大相对误差分别为0.78%和1.15%,pH值的平均与最大相对误差分别为0.76%和0.97%。

Abstract:The relationship between EC/pH value and the quantity of solutions was researched to achieve precise and dynamic control of the nutrient concentration.Using Japanese garden style as mother solution,this paper designs five factors and three levels orthogonal experiment in terms of four kinds of mother solutions and acid,most influencing the growth of plants,and the multi-linear regression was made according to the test results.The model of the relationship between the quantity of nutrients and the EC/pH value was built.The results showed that,compared with the measured values,the mean and maximum relative errors of the EC values calculated by the regression model are 0.78% and 1.15%,and the pH values 0.76%,0.97%.
