基于SOLIDWORKS的膜上滚筒栽植器的虚拟设计

摘    要:针对原有膜上栽植器栽植过程中膜上覆土膜下不实的问题,提出一种新的栽植器设计方案,以番茄为工作对象,将滚筒覆土器与侧开式成穴器有机结合,钵苗和松土一起被投入穴中,解决膜下土不实的问题.为此,阐述了该栽植器的结构组成和工作原理,并给出了关键结构的计算分析.利用SOLIDWORKS软件构建了虚拟模型,通过仿真运动干涉优化结构,为物理样机的开发提供了参考和依据.

Abstract:In order to solve the original tomato planting apparatus only covering soil on membrane,and there is no soil under plastic film in the process of planting,a new roller-type tomato planting apparatus design scheme is put forward.It was combined with roller soil coverer and side-open soil openers;it can finish throwing seedlings and turn the soil at a time(namely second engraftment principle).This paper is mainly expounds the structure,working principle and give the key structure of calculation and analysis,and build a virtual model by using SOLIDWORKS software,through the simulation exercise optimize structure,it provides reference and basis for the development of the physical prototype.
