基于有限元法的单缸柴油机机体结构设计

摘    要:针对原X170F柴油机整机比质量差的问题,提出了改换机体材料的设计方案。应用Pro/E三维造型软件和HyperMesh有限元软件,建立了X170F柴油机机体的实体模型和有限元网格模型,并用Ansys软件对原机和改换材料后的机体进行了结构强度与刚度的有限元分析,重点考察气缸套内孔的同轴度、圆柱度和漏光率。对改换材料后机体应变较大的部位进行了必要的结构改进,将机体的变形减小到安全范围内,达到降低整机比质量的目的。

Abstract:Aim at the problem of original X170F diesel engine′s ratio mass,a case of changing the block′s material has been proposed.The 3D solid model and the FE model of the assembly parts of engine X170F are created by Pro/E and HyperMesh software.Structure intensity and stiffness analysis are performed on them by using Ansys.The main attention is focused on evaluating the coaxiality,cylindricity and leak rate of cylinder jacket holes.Dangerous parts of the engine′s body are obtained by means of strain.The strain is decreased significantly by structural improvements on these parts to meet the purpose of ratio mass decrease.
