| 摘 要： | 阐述了液压式生物质成型机的成型机理,并对其进行了试验研究。试验和分析结果皆表明:在原料为自然干燥玉米秸秆的条件下,要保证成型机工作顺利、成型棒成型效果良好且单位产品能耗较低,应该把加热温度稳定在240～250℃之间,从而使在原料为自然干燥玉米秸秆的条件下成型机的关键生产参数(即加热温度)得到了确定。

| Abstract: | Elaborates the mechanisation and the test of HPB―Ⅲ Biomass Briquetting Machine.The results of performance test and analysis indicate that :Under the condition of raw material for the natural dry corn,we should control the heating temperature between 240℃ and 250℃ in order to make the briquetting machine work steady,the result of briquetting better and the unit product lower.We get the key production parameter of the heating temperature under the condition of raw material for the natural dry corn. |
