摘    要:针对近年来我国水稻品质性状数量遗传研究,从遗传模型、统计分析方法以及对水稻直链淀粉含量、糊化温度、粘稠度等诸多具体性状的研究进展进行了综述,并提出了关于水稻品质性状的研究方向。

Abstract:According to the quantitative inheritance researches of quality characters in rice in recent years,the study advances on the genetic models and statistical analytical methods,amylase content in rice,viscosity as well as gelatinization temperature in China were reviewed.And the research directions of quality characters in rice were proposed.
