摘    要:离子选择微电极的应用几乎涉及所有的自然科学领域,尤其是目前电生理学研究.无机离子选择微电极的应用使人们更进一步了解植物营养元素的吸收、转运以及重新分配和生理功能.然而,其制作困难和不易保存限制了其广泛应用.鉴于目前我国尚未展开相关的研究,对离子选择微电极的工作原理及其在植物营养研究中的应用作了简要介绍.

Abstract:Application of ion-selective microelectrodes involves almost all the natural scientific researches fields,especially electrophysiology.Application of inorganic ion-selective microelectrodes in plant nutrition helps us understand the uptake,transportation,redistribution,and physiological functions of plant nutrients.But the difficulties in fabrication and conservation of ion-selective microelectrodes restrict their wide application.Due to lacuna of microelectrode application in studies on plant nutrients,the working principles of ion-selective microelectrode and advances on its application in plant nutrient studies were simply introduced.
