我国林业产业非均衡发展研究现状与展望

林业发展的重要主题是维护生态和改善民生，而林业产业以其独特的复合结构、复合功能和复合层次连接了生态建设和民生改进。大量研究成果表明，林业产业的非均衡发展制约了林业产业区域均衡与转型升级，进而极大地制约了我国林业产业的可持续发展，影响我国的生态文明建设进程。文中分析国内外关于林业产业非均衡性的研究重点，指出存在的问题；在此基础上，结合文献分析梳理我国林业产业非均衡发展的评价方法与应用，比较这些方法的优势和缺陷；基于分析结果，对我国林业产业非均衡发展研究未来趋势进行展望。

Current Situation and Prospect for Non-equilibrium Development of Forestry Industry in China

Maintaining the ecological environment and improving the livelihood is the important theme of forestry development, and thus the forestry industry is an industry connecting the ecological development and livelihood improvement with its unique compound structures, functions and levels. A full range of literature and research shows that the non-balanced development of forestry industry restricts the regional equilibrium and restructuring of forestry industry, hence greatly restricting the sustainable development of forestry industry and affecting the process of ecological civilization in China. The paper firstly analyzed the research focus on non-equilibrium of forestry industry in China, and pointed out the existing problems. Based on that, combined with literature analysis, this paper reviewed the evaluation method of the non-equilibrium development of forestry industry in China and their application by adopting literature review, and then compared the advantages and weakness of these methods. Based on the analysis results, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for future research on non-balanced development of forestry industry in China.
