摘    要:Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics (ISSN 1005-1120) is a comprehensive academic publication focusing on the research achievements in aeronautics, civil aviation, astronautics and their theoretical basis. It mainly publishes the papers on advancements in science and technology researches, and significant achievements in researches on aerospace engineering, aircraft design, energy and power engineering, automation engineering, electronic engineering, computer science and application, mechano-electronics, material science and technology, civil aviation and their theoretical basis, such as solid mechanics, fluid mechanics, flight mechanics, flight control, navigation theory, applied mathematics and applied physics as well. It is published quarterly by Nanjing University of Aero- nautics & Astronautics, and has started its publication since Oct. 1982. It is the first "Ten-Best Science and Technology Journals" in jiangsu Province.

Abstract:In this review, two types of rice blast resistance were elucidated. The advance on the molecular localization and cloning of major blast resistance genes were focused on. The main types of molecular markers and their characters were also introduced. The positional cloning of rice blast resistance genes and the obstacles in this method were discussed. To overcome the difficulties in the positional clone strategy, a useful way was put forward in this paper.
