| 摘 要： | 随着农业科研领域数字化、信息化、网络化程度的不断加强,农业学术期刊的发展前景也不断扩大。文献载量增加,出版周期缩短,作者和读者群体队不断壮大,已成为各个期刊社的普遍发展现状,传统的管理和存贮信息的方法已远远达不到当今编辑工作“时效强、效率高”的要求。基于此现状,利用Access数据库与ASP技术相结合,建立了期刊稿件管理系统,并在编辑部域网内部实现了信息共享,使稿件的统计、管理与查询工作实现了数字化和网络化,经过一段时间的使用,证明此系统提高了笔者所在编辑部的工作效率,并且具有一定的推广前景。

| Abstract: | With the development of agricultural researches in using of information, digital and internet technologies, agricultural academic journals have also come into a new situation of development. In order to adapt the articles management work to the requirement of increase of capacity of articles and authors, this paper introduced the process of establishment of an article management system based on Microsoft Access combining with ASP technology. After its usage of several months, it showed that this system helped to increase work''s efficiency very well and was worthy of popularizing. |
