摘    要:对稻草秸秆栽培金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)不同生长阶段,基质木质纤维成分的变化和与 基质主要成分降解相关的几种胞外酶的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:纤维素和半纤维素的降解 主要集中在生殖生长期,木质素在营养生长期降解迅速;与纤维素降解相关的两种酶活性从培养初 期到结束一直保持比较平稳的趋势;与木质素降解相关酶在菌株培养初期活性较高,木聚糖酶活性 初期活性很低,在子实体形成期一直保持较高水平,淀粉酶活性高峰出现在初期,蛋白酶活性在初期 和子实体形成期较高,但整体上酶活性变化较为平稳。

Abstract:The strains of Flammulina velutipes are cultured with rice straw. The change of lignocellulose in medium and the transformational law of extracellular enzyme activity related to the degradation of major medium constituent at different culture stages are studied. Results show that the degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose are occurred in reproductive period primarily and the degradation of lignin is expediter in vegetative growth period. Enzymes related to the degradation of cellulose are more stable from cultivation prophase to the end. Enzymes related to the degradation of lignin are much higher at cultivation prophase. The activity of xylanase is lower and is higher at the phase of fruiting body occurred. The activity peak of amylase occurred in cultivation prophase. The activity of proteases are higher at cultivation prophase and the phase of fruiting body occurred,however,the activity is more stable.
