摘 要: | 以抗病性强的奥地利黑麦(SecalecerealeL.)为父本,与陕麦611杂交、自交,在衍生后代中筛选出表型整齐一致且抗白粉病性好的株系1530W3和1493E3。研究表明,两个衍生系在形态学和细胞学上已基本稳定,染色体构型为2n=44=22。采用122个SSR引物对两个衍生系及其亲本进行SSR分析,有5个引物在两个衍生系中可扩增出黑麦的特异性产物,结果表明,黑麦的遗传物质已经导入到普通小麦中。

Abstract: | With Secale cereale resistant to diseases as male, Shan 611 as female, two wheat-rye derivative lines resistant to powdery mildew were produced. They have been morphologically and cytologically stable with chromosome configuration of "2n=44=22". Simple sequence repeat(SSR) was applied to "1530W3 and 1493E3" and the results showed that genetic materials of S. cereale has been transferred to"1530W3 and 1493E3". |
