花绒坚甲成虫人工饲料的筛选研究

选取个体大小一致且一直未产卵的花绒坚甲成虫120头,分别用饲料1、饲料2、饲料3在室内饲养一年,比较三组成虫的产卵动态、平均体重的增长动态、死亡率,确定饲料3的饲养效果最佳。第2年,选取头年新羽化的成虫180头,分别用饲料3、饲料4、饲料5饲养,采用上述方法得出饲料5是室内人工饲养花绒坚甲成虫的最佳饲料。

Select 120 Dastarscus longlus adults and raise them with artificial fodder 1,2,3 for one year in the laboratory. Compare the three adults'' laying eggs trend ,even weight''s increasing trend and death rate. Find the raise effect of artificial fodder 3 is the best. The second year , selecet 180 new adults and raise them with artificial fodder 3,4,5. Use the same method and find artificial fodder 5 is the best for raising Dastarscus longlus adults in the laboratory.
