| 摘 要： | 阐述了南京农业大学与连云港实施的“百名教授科教兴百村小康工程”活动，此项活动探索了建立农业高校服务“三农”长效机制，科技专家与农村基层单位长期挂钩结对为“三农”服务的新途径．找准了教学科研、成果转化与地方经济建设的结合点，促进了不发达地区农业科技进步、农村经济发展和农民收入增加。
