| 摘 要： | 在马铃薯脱毒苗的组织培养及快速繁殖过程中,经常出现各种各样的、非正常苗的情况,这给 生产造成了一定程度的损失。在多年的试验研究及总结前人经验的基础上,系统的分析了这些异化 苗的形成原因——不良的环境条件是导致这些情况发生的主要原因。并根据不同的生产目的,提出 了预防此类苗出现的相应对策,以期减少在组织培养过程中因异化苗的出现而对生产造成的经济损 失。

| Abstract: | During the tissue culture and fast produce of potato, all kinds of exceptional tube-plantlet turn on, these give some destroy in produce. On the basis of many years trial and quantity of experiments, really analysis the produce reason of the exceptional tube-plantlet: that is bad circumstance conditions is the direct reason. At the same time, give out the settle method of these things, in order to reduce some destroy. |
