| Abstract: | China is facing a water resources cries. As a result of analysis on current water resources situation, characteristics and existing problems in China, the authors put forward a view that the way out for sustainable water resources utilization is to establish water-saving society. The analysis has also been made on preliminary thinks of water-saving society establishment in aspect of system, economy, science, culture as well as detailed measures. |
