| 摘 要： | 将在黑龙江省和吉林省部分地区分离到的稻瘟病菌菌株在PDA培养基上培养6d后,观察其生长速率的差异。试验结果表明,供试的24个菌株在PDA培养基上生长速率有显著差异,不同地区分离到的菌株生长速率存在差异,同一地区的不同菌株生长速率也存在着差异,同一生理小种的不同菌株的生长速率也存在着差异。不同稻瘟病菌株在PDA培养基上的生长曲线可为快速直线增长型、先快后慢增长型和缓慢直线增长型等3种类型。

| Abstract: | Investigate growth-speed different of rice blast fungi in parts of Heilongjiang and Jilin province after 6 days on PDA culture medium. The reaserch show that the growth of 24 isolates have distinct difference on PDA culture medium,the growth speed of have discrepancy in different or the same area. the growth speed of have difference of different isolates in the same physiological race.The growth curve of different isolates can be divided to threetype: beeline growth-type?swiftness earlier then slow growth-type and slow growth-type. |
