新型农村合作医疗制度治理结构的博弈分析

从博弈论角度分析认为,新型合作医疗制度的治理结构主要指政府、农民和医疗机构之间的激励约束机制和制度安排。进一步将政府、农民和医疗机构之间的博弈以及不同层次政府、不同医疗机构、不同层次农民的博弈纳入分析框架,得出结论:新型农村医疗制度治理结构的设计要满足政府、农民和医疗机构三方的"参与约束"和"激励相容约束"。

Analysis of Game Theory on Governance Structure of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System

From view of game theory it was thought that the new cooperative medical system mainly was the stimulation and constraint mechanism and system arrangement between the government,peasant and medical organization.When the game theory between the government,peasant and medical organization and the game theory among different levels government,different medical organizations,and different levels of peasants brought into frame of analyzing,it was concluded that the design of the new rural medical system should satisfy the demands of "participation constraint" and "stimulation compatibility constraint" from three party of government,peasant and medical organization.
