摘    要:活性酵母作为一种天然、健康的微生态活菌制剂,在提高母猪生产性能、降低仔猪腹泻率、提高机体抵抗力等方面有着十分明显的功效.因此,活性酵母的研发及应用日益受到人们的重视.笔者就活性酵母的生物学特性、作用机理、在养猪业的应用及发展前景等方面进行详细的阐述,以提高经济效益,促进养殖业健康稳定发展.

Abstract:As a new type of natural and healthy microecological preparation, the active yeast has some obvious effect on improving production performance, reducing the diarrhea rates of piglets, improving immunity, and so on. Thus, development and application of ac- tive yeast has been paid more attention. Biological characteristics, mechanisms, applications and prospects in pig production are elabora- ted, which aims to improve the economic benefit and promote healthy development of livestock breeding.
