卷烟感官质量与烟气成分、烟支物理指标、化学成分间的相关性

摘    要:【目的】探究卷烟感官质量与烟气成分、烟支物理质量、化学成分间的相关性,为卷烟的质量控制提供理论依据。【方法】利用某烟草集团4个品牌卷烟的质量常规监督检测数据,以卷烟烟气成分、烟支物理指标和化学成分为考察对象,对3类指标集与感官指标进行简单相关分析和典型相关分析。【结果】烟气指标、卷烟物理指标及化学指标对感官指标均有影响,且存在典型相关关系,综合简单相关分析与典型相关分析结果,发现对卷烟感官指标(香气、杂气、刺激性、余味)影响较大的指标为:烟气焦油量、烟气烟碱量、一氧化碳量、烟气水分、压降、吸阻、质量、硬度、端部落丝量、还原糖、钾含量、氯含量、糖碱比。【结论】生产上要控制卷烟质量,就应重点分析香气、杂气、刺激性、余味与烟气焦油量、烟气烟碱量、一氧化碳量、烟气水分、压降、吸阻、质量、硬度、端部落丝量、还原糖、钾含量、氯含量、糖碱比的相关性。

Abstract:【Objective】The correlations betweens sensory quality and smoke components, physical index and chemical components of cigarette were analyzed to provide references for the control of cigarettes quality. 【Method】 Based on the quality data from conventional detection, smoke components, chemical components and physical index of 4 brands of cigarettes were examined using simple correlation and canonical correlation analysis. 【Result】There were canonical correlation among smoke index, chemical index and sensory index. Based on the results of both simple and canonical correlation analyses, such indicators as tar of smoke, nicotine content of smoke, CO, moisture of smoke, pressure drop, draw resistance, weight, hardness, loss of tobacco from cigarette ends, reducing sugar, K, Cl, and sugar-nicotine ratio and so on influenced the sensory index (quantity of aroma, offensive odor, irritation and aftertaste). 【Conclusion】To better control cigarette quality, the correlations between the above-mentioned smoking quality indexes and physical and chemical components should be emphatically analyzed.
