摘    要:【目的】建立一种能快速、高效、准确、同时检测果蔗中10种有机磷农药残留的分析方法。【方法】采用乙腈提取及改进的QuEChERS前处理净化技术处理样品,气相色谱法氮磷检测器检测。【结果】10种有机磷农药在0.1MO.0mg/kg浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9968~0.9998;在有机磷农药添加浓度为0.02-2.0mg/kg时,平均回收率为75.69%-108.31%,相对标准偏差为2.94%~9.23%,最低检出限为0.010~0.035mg/kg。【结论】建立的QuEChERS-气相色谱方法具有分离效果好、回收率高、经济快速、准确度和灵敏度高等特点,能满足农药残留分析的要求。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim of this experiment was to establish a swift, efficient and precise analytical method for simultaneously determining ten organophosphorus pesticides multi-residues in chewing cane. [Method ]Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, pre-treated with modified QuEChERS technology and then determined by GC with NPD. [Result]The linear relations among ten organophosphorus pesticides were obtained in the concentration range fi'om 0.1 to 10.0 mg/kg with the correlation coefficients range from 0.9968 to 0.9998. Under 0.02-2.0 mg/kg added concentration, recovery rates of ten organophosphorus pesticides were ranged from 75.69% to 108.31%, the relative standard deviation found was from 2.94% to 9.23% and the lowest detection limit was 0.010-0.035 mg/kg. [Conclusion]The established QuEChERS-gas chromatography method, which is sensitive, accurate, convenient and reliable and had high recovery rate and great separation effects, could meet the demand of analyzing pesticides residues.
