芒果炭疽病菌对咪鲜胺的敏感性检测

摘    要:【目的】检测广西芒果炭疽病菌对咪鲜胺的敏感性,为芒果炭疽病的科学防治和药剂的合理使用提供参考。【方法】从广西各芒果产区采集芒果炭疽病病样分离、纯化芒果炭疽病菌菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法测定芒果炭疽病菌对咪鲜胺的敏感性。【结果】共分离获得53株芒果炭疽病菌菌株,53株菌株对咪鲜胺的EC50为0.0244~0.2572mg/L,平均为0.0916mgm,其中采自凌云县均亭村的菌株LY12的EC50最小(0.0244mg/L),采自田东县平马镇东达村的菌株TD122的EC50(0.2572mg/L)最大,后者为前者的10.5倍。【结论】来自广西主要芒果产区的53株芒果炭疽病菌对咪鲜胺仍具有较高的敏感性,未产生抗药性亚群体,咪鲜胺在生产上仍具有应用前景,但不同菌株的敏感性有一定差异,存在潜在抗性风险。

Abstract:[Objective ]The present experiment was conducted to monitor the sensitivity of mango anthracnose fungi to prochloraz, in order to provide references for its scientific prevention and proper use of drugs in Guangxi. [Method]Strains of mango anthracnose pathogen were isolated, purified and detected using mycelial growth rate method. [Result]The ECs0 value of 53 isolates ranged from 0.0244 to 0.2572 rag/L, and the mean ECs0 was 0.0916 mg/L. The maximum EC~ value (0.2572 mg/L) from the strain in Dongda village, Tiandong county was 10.5 times higher than the minimum ECs0 value (0.0244 rag/L) from the strain in Junting village, Lingyun county. [ Conclusion ]As no sign of resistance to prochloraz occurred in the 53 strains of anthracnose pathogen from the dominant mango growing areas in Guangxi, prochloraz was applicable in mango production. However, the potential resistance risk should be paid attention since there was considerable variation in sensitivity to prochloraz among the isolates of Colletotriehum spp. from mango.
