卷烟烟丝中非挥发性有机酸的聚类分析

摘    要:[目的]建立一种以卷烟烟丝中非挥发性有机酸含量特征为指标区分不同类型烟的有效分类方法.[方法]采用气相色谱法测定卷烟样品烟丝中的草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、丙二酸及丁二酸含量,采用Matlab 6.5.1软件中的分步聚类法,以欧几里德(Euclidean)距离为测度对试验数据进行聚类分析.[结果]国外混合型卷烟的草酸(22.366~26.304mg/g)、柠檬酸(18.361~22.445mg/g)、丁二酸(0.554~0.592mg/g)含量明显高于国内烤烟型卷烟的含量;15个卷烟样品恰好可分为四大类:国内三、四类烤烟型卷烟(1#~5#)聚为一类,国内二类烤烟型卷烟(6#~8#)聚为一类,国内一类烤烟型卷烟(9#~12#)聚为一类,国外混合型卷烟(13#~15#)聚为一类.[结论]聚类分析可有效用于评估卷烟中非挥发性有机酸含量差异与卷烟风格特征间的相关性,还可用于卷烟的质量抽检、真伪鉴别等.

Abstract:[Objective]The current research was conducted in order to effectively classify tobacco types based on the content of non-volatile organic acid. [Method]The content of oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid, malonic acid and succinic acid was determined using GC method. Substep cluster analysis of Matlab 6.5.1 software was performed on the basis of Eu- clidean distarce data. [Result]The contents of oxalic acid (22.366-26.304 mg/g), citric acid(18.361-22.445 mg/g), and succinic acid (0.554-0.592 rag/g) in foreign hybrid cigarette samples were evidently higher than that in domestic cigarette samples. The fifteen tobacco samples were divided into four categories, namely domestic third and fourth class cigarette (1#-5#), domestic second class cigarette (6#-8#), domestic first class cigarette (9#-12#) and foreign cigarette (13#- 15#). [Conclusion]The cluster analysis, which is effective in telling the correlation between content of non-volatile organ- ic acid in cigarette and cigarette style, can be used for comparison and classification of different types of tobacco products.
