桉树木屑在食用菌菌种生产上的应用试验

摘    要:【目的】以桉树木屑为原料,筛选适合平菇、毛木耳等常规食用菌菌种的培养基配方,为广西利用桉树木屑制作食用菌菌种提供科学依据。【方法】设3因素3水平正交试验,比较桉树木屑与桑枝屑、棉籽壳的不同配比培养基对平菇、毛木耳菌丝生长的影响及各配方菌种的使用效果。【结果】平菇、毛木耳菌丝在添加不同比例桉树木屑的培养基上均能正常生长,其中在配方b(桉树木屑18.00%、桑枝屑36.00%、棉籽壳36.00%、麸皮7.00%、石灰2.00%、石膏1.00%)、c(桉树木屑12.80%、桑枝屑38.60%、棉籽壳38.60%、麸皮7.00%、石灰2.00%、石膏1.00%)、桉树木屑30.00%、桑枝屑45.00%、棉籽壳15.00%、麸皮7.00%、石灰2.00%、石膏1.00%)、(桉树木屑33.75%、桑枝屑33.75%、棉籽壳22.50%、麸皮7.00%、石灰2.00%、石膏1.00%)培养基上生长速度快,菌丝洁白、粗壮、浓密,转接效果好。【结论】经合理搭配,以桉树木屑作为主料生产平菇、毛木耳菌种完全可行,广西各地可利用桉树木屑和桑枝屑比例较高、棉籽壳较低的配方f和i进行菌种生产,以降低生产成本。

Abstract:Objective]Using Eucalyptus sawdust as raw material, medium formula suitable for pleurotus, Auricularia auricular and other conventional edible fungi were screened so as to provide scientific references for producing edible fungi strains with Eucalyptus sawdust in Guangxi. Method]Orthogonal experiment with 3 factors and 3 levels was conducted to compare the effect of different ratios of Eucalyptus sawdust, mulberry sawdust and cottonseed hull on the mycelia growth of pleurotus and Auricularia auricular. Resuh]Pleurotus and Auricularia auricular could grow normally in the media with different proportions of Eucalyptus sawdust. Especially in b, c, f and i media they grew fast and had pure white, thick and bushy mycelium with superior connection effect. Conclusion]Reasonable proportion of Eucalyptus sawdust can be used as the main materials in Pleurotus and Auricularia auricular production. Formula f and i with higher proportion of Eucalyptus sawdust and mulberry sawdust, and lower proportion of cottonseed hull should be applied to produce strains at low cost.
