野菜新品种桂特一号大叶菊花菜的种植表现及品质特性

【目的】明确桂特一号大叶菊花菜的替代优势，以更新品种，筛选出更适合广西南宁市及周边地区种植的食苗菊优良品种。【方法】以大叶菊花脑为对照品种，通过栽培试验，对桂特一号大叶菊花菜和大叶菊花脑的形态指标、产量性状等进行比较。【结果】桂特一号大叶菊花菜的单枝商品嫩茎重平均为4．48g，比对照重1．20g，达极显著水平；其年产量为64245．5kg／ha，比对照增产89．3％，达极显著水平；桂特一号大叶菊花菜的蛋白质、维生素、黄酮类物质含量均高于对照，而纤维素含量比对照低231％。【结论】桂特一号大叶菊花菜具有采收时间长、产量高、品质好等特点，是值得推广种植的保健蔬菜新品种。

Planting performance and quality characteristics of new wild vegetable variety big-leaf Chrysanthemum nankingense Guite No.1

Objective ]The objective of the current study was to determine alternative advantage of big-leaf Chrysan- themum nanklngense Guite No. 1 in wild vegetable production so as to update and screen wild Chrysanthemum nankingense varieties suitable for planting in Nanning and the surrounding areas of Guangxi. Method]Morphological characters, yield traits of big-leaf Chrysanthemum nankingense Guite No.1 and common wild Chrysanthemum nankingense variety were compared. Result ]The average weight of young stem per branch and annual yields per hectare of Guite No. 1 were 4.48 g and 64245.5 kg,respectively, which were 1.20 g and 89.3%, respectively, extremely significantly higher than those of the control. The content of protein, vitamin and total flavonoids in Guite No.1 were higher than those in the control. However, cellulose content in Guite No.1 was 2.31% lower than that in the control. Conclusion]Due to its high yield, long harvest- time and good quality, big-leaf Chrysanthemum nankingense Guite No.1 should be extended as a new health-care veg- etable variety.
