摘    要:【目的】研究不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、生根粉(ABT)在春、秋季对蚊母树Distyliumrace-mosum扦插生根的影响,探讨适宜蚊母树扦插繁殖的生长激素种类、浓度和扦插时间。【方法】以蒸馏水为对照,在春季(4月初)、秋季(10月中旬)使用不同浓度的NAA、IBA、ABT溶液处理蚊母树扦插枝条,在沙土中培养60d(春季)、100d(秋季)后统计每个处理的生根数、平均根长,并计算其平均生根率。【结果】扦插时间以春季最为理想,生根时间为40~60d,平均生根率达41%。浓度为1000mg/L的NAA处理插穗生根率60%,平均生根7条,平均根长2.2cm。【结论】在春季选取半木质化蚊母树枝条为插穗,用浓度为1000mg/L的NAA处理后扦插生根效果最好。

Abstract:Objective]The effects of different concentrations of naphthylacctic acid (NAA),indole butyric acid (IBA) and rooting powder (ABT) on cutting rooting of Distylium racemosum in spring and fall were studied to provide references for choos- ing appropriate growth hormone, concentration and cutting time. Method]The distilled water was used as the control. Rooting number, mean root length and rooting rate were measured in cutting branches, which were treated by NAA, IBA and ABT of different concentrations and grew in soil for 60 days in spring (early April) or autumn (middle of October). Result]The best cut- ting time was at the late spring. Rooting time needed 40-60 days, and the mean root rate reaehed 41%. The cutting treated by 1000mg/L NAA showed the rooting rate of 60% averagely with seven branches at the average length of 2.2 era. Conclusion] Half-woody sticks as cutting slips treated with 1000mg/L NAA were best on rooting rate in late spring.
