芥兰营养生理的研究 Ⅱ.氮钾营养对芥兰生长和菜薹产量与品质的影响

摘    要:试验设N_1,K_1,N_1K_1,N_2K_1,N_1K_2和N_2K_2六个处理。结果表明,K_1处理菜薹的可溶性糖、还原糖和抗坏血酸的含量最高,而蛋白质含量最低,其植株生长不良,菜薹重最小。N_1处理菜薹的可深糖含量比N_1K_1,N_2K_1和N_2K_2较高,而比N_1K_2低,其蛋白质含量比NK配合各处理低,但抗坏血酸含量比N_1K_1和N_2K_2两处理较高,而与N_1K_2和N_2K_1两处理差异不大。N_1处理植株生长和菜薹重比K_1处理较好,而比NK配合各处理差。NK配合各处理中,以N_1K_2处理的植株生长和菜薹产量最好,菜薹的营养品质较佳。

Abstract:In an experiment, the effects of N and K fertilizer on the plant growth ,yield and guality of flower stalk in the Chinese kale cv. Denfeng were studied by means of six fertilizer treatments, namely, N1,K1,N1K1,N1K2,N2K1, and N2K2. The results showed that in the Kitreatment.the contents of soluble sugar,reducing sugar and ascorbic acid of the flower stalk were highest, but the protein cotent, the plant growth and the weight of flower stalk were lowest. In the N1 treatmennt.thesoluble sugar content of flower stalk was higher than that the N1K1 ,N2K1 and N2K2 treatments, but was lower than that N1K2i treatment, the ascorbic acid content was higher than the N1K2 and N2K2 treatments but not significantly different from the N1K2 and N2K1treatments,while the plant growth,the weight and the protein content of flower stalk were lower than all NK combination treatments.In conclusion, The N1K2 treatment gave the greatest plant growth and yield of flower stalk, and the guality was beter than all the other NK combination treatments.
