摘    要:以北京林业大学培育的人工林三倍体毛白杨为原料 ,研制以大片刨花为表层、细碎刨花为芯层的新型三层结构的木质 (刨花 )复合材料 .分析了表芯层刨花比、表芯层施胶量比、热压温度、热压时间对复合材料物理力学性能的影响 ,并且确定了生产这种复合材料的最佳工艺 .用该工艺生产的木质 (刨花 )复合材料 ,其物理力学性能达到或超过国家GB T4 897 92标准 .

Abstract:The wood based composite material with new style three layer structure was studied, which was made from the tripolid %Populus tomentosa% cultivated by Beijing Forestry University, with the bigger particle as the surface layer and the smaller particle as the core layer. The effects of different test conditions on the physical and mechanical properties were analyzed and the best test conditions were ascertained.The physical and mechanical properties of the new material could reach the demand of GB/T4897 92 standard.
