摘    要:该文阐述了菜籽油用于生物柴油生产的优势及菜籽油生物柴油的环境友好性,认为该产业很有发展前途,并概述了国内外利用化学法、脂肪酶法和超临界流体法制备菜籽油生物柴油的研究进展,并评价了各种制备方法的优劣性.发现化学法是比较成熟的工业化方法,具有反应快、成本低的特点,但污染大;酶法反应温和,但成本高、反应缓慢;超临界流体法不需使用催化剂,但要在高温高压下反应;最后提出了影响菜籽油生物柴油产业化发展的因素及对策.

Abstract:Rapeseed oil is a promising feedstock for producing biodiesel, and its advantage as a raw material to produce biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters) and its profitable environmental effects were reviewed in this paper. In addition, the production processes for biodiesel production from rapeseed oil using chemical, lipase catalysis and supercritical fluid methods were estimated. Chemical method was a matured industrial way with fast reaction and low cost, however, it caused a heavy environmental pollution. Enzymatic method was characterized with mild reacting conditions, while its cost was higher, and reaction speed was slower. Catalyzer was not needed in supercritical fluid method, but higher temperature and pressure were required. Finally, the limiting factors and advices on biodiesel industry were pointed out.
