| 摘 要： | 城市土地集约利用是解决当前城市存量土地严重不足的必然途径。本文综合运用层次分析法和特尔菲法建立四层指标评价体系,为了避免过分强调集约发展对环境造成破坏,特别增加了可持续利用因素层,通过对珠江三角洲九个城市土地集约利用情况测度,结果显示珠三角城市土地利用集约度水平呈现由经济地理中心向外围递减的特征,主要的影响因素是城市地理区位、既定产业结构、经济发展水平、产业结构调整、旧城区改造和土地出让体制改革。
