摘    要:建立了4102BZQ柴油机曲轴的离散型当量系统模型,对曲轴的自由振动模态进行了研究,采用霍尔茨法计算了4102BZQ柴油机曲轴的扭振自振频率和振型,并把计算结果与柴油机的扭振试验结果进行对比,证明了理论分析方法的精确性和正确性,说明了霍尔茨法分析曲轴的固有特性是有效的。

Study on the torsional vibration properties of 4102BZQ diesel engine crankshaft
Abstract:This study constructs the equivalent system model of 4102BZQ diesel engine crankshaft, and investigates the torsional vibration modes of the crankshaft which is free - free suspended. The natural frequencies and mode shapes of 4102BZQ diesel engine crankshaft are determined by the Holtz method and compared with experimental data from torsional vibration testing. The accuracy and validity of the analytical approaches are verified.The results show that the Holtz method is more effective method to conduct the modal analysis of crankshaft.
