红参中非挥发脂溶性成分含量测定

摘    要:目的测定红参中非挥发脂溶性物质的含量。方法:以提取溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察对象设计正交试验,采用回流法提取红参中的非挥发脂溶性成分。结果正交试验最佳优化方案为A3B2C3,即12倍量提取溶剂,提取4次,每次2小时。结论经验证,此法普遍适用于各批红参药材,为红参非挥发脂溶性成分的含量测定提供一个参考。

Abstract:Objective: the non-volatile fat-soluble component content in Ginseng Radix were determine. Method: refluxing extraction was adopted to design the orthogonal experiment, extraction solvent dosage, extraction time and extraction times as the investigation object extract the fat-soluble components in the Ginseng Radix. Results: Orthogonal test the best optimization scheme for A3B2C3, i.e., 12 times the amount of extraction solvent, extraction four times, each time 2 hours. Conclusion verified that this method is generally applied to each batch of Ginseng Radix, for removal and test of Ginseng Radix non-volatile fat-soluble components to provide a reference.
