小杂粮在云南农业产业化中的作用探讨*

 针对国际小杂粮市场的需求和发展，系统地分析了云南小杂粮的地位、资源特色、生态、区位、品牌和产业基础等优势；指出云南小杂粮产业化存在着科技含量低、盲目性大、技术落后、无名牌效应等问题。提出了云南小杂粮产业化发展必须统一规划和布局，重点建立绿色或无公害生产基地，积极推广名牌战略，充分应用现代高新技术拓展小杂粮的研发和利用途径等。以期使小杂粮在云南农业产业化中充分发挥作用提供参考。

Discussion on Fundation of Minor Grain Crops in Industrialization of Yunnan Agricultrue

According to the development and requirement of market of minor grain crops in the world. As same as superiorities of Yunnan minor grains crops, its main problems were systematic analysed in this paper. The superiorities are status, trait of resourcese, eco-geographic, geographic place, famous trademark and foundation of industrialization of agriculture, and the problems are lower ingredient of technology in its industrialization, higher blindness, slow technology and no effect of famous trademark. Furthermore, we provide some ideals as follows to solve the problems and development directions of industrialization in Yunnan minor grain crops: To make a reasonable layout of development of industrialization in it.To build several green bases for development of industrialization in it.To extend the stratagem of famous trademark of Yunnan minor grain crops. To exhume some routes of utilizations of Yunnan minor grain crops in advanced technology.
