| 摘 要： | 针对图书馆参考咨询服务的特点,提出了将维基技术纳入图书馆参考咨询工作的观点.根据维基协同创作等特点,详细介绍了维基在图书馆参考咨询服务中的作用即建立信息交流平台以及作为知识管理工具.基于这2方面的作用,提出了基于维基的参考咨询服务模式.最后总结了维基对图书馆参考咨询工作的影响.

| Abstract: | Through the characteristics of the library reference services,this paper put forward the viewpoint that Wikis will be incorporated into the work of the library reference service.According to the collaboration of Wikis,the author discusses how Wikis can be used as a knowledge management system and information exchange platforms.Then a new model of library reference service about Wikis will be introduced.Finally,influences of Wikis to the library reference service will be discussed. |
