哈茨木霉对禾谷镰孢病原菌的抑菌活性研究

摘    要:用3种实验方法研究了哈茨木霉对禾谷镰孢菌的抑制效果,分别是哈茨木霉和禾谷镰孢菌在PDA培养基上的对峙培养,哈茨木霉和禾谷镰孢菌在载玻片上对峙培养,哈茨木霉发酵液的上清液对禾谷镰孢菌的抑菌圈实验,并对培养基、pH值、温度3种培养条件进行了优化。3种实验方法的结果均表明哈茨木霉对禾谷镰孢菌有较强的抑制作用,哈茨木霉适宜生长的条件为培养基PDB,pH值6.0,30℃。

Abstract:Trichoderma harzianum is a relatively common biocontrol agent,three experimental methods were used to detect inhibition effect of T.harzianum on Fusarium graminearum Schw.First,T.harzianum and F.graminearum were cultured which stand facing with each other in the PDA.Second,T.harzianum and F.graminearum were cultured which standed facing with each other on slide.Third,the T.harzianum broth supernatant was tested for the inhibition effect in PDA.Besides,effects of the fermentation condition,including the culture medium,pH value and temperature on the inhibitory effects to F.graminearum were investigated.The results of three experiments showed that T.harzianum had strong inhibitory effects to F.graminearum,and the most suitable condition for T.harzianum fermentation was that PDB culture medium,pH 6.0,temperature 30℃.
