发动机气缸无槽电镀工艺研究

摘    要:研究了发动机气缸整体无槽电镀工艺。设计了气缸网状多孔性镀铬工艺规范参数、工艺方案和单片机控制系统,实现了镀层厚度和阳极刻蚀的单片机智能化控制,保证了无槽电镀铬层质量。试验结果表明:网状多孔性镀铬层具有良好的结合强度和较高的抗磨粒磨损、粘着磨损及腐蚀磨损的能力,其耐磨性是45淬火钢的3.56倍,抗粘着、冲击负荷能力远远高于低温镀铁层。气缸网状多孔性镀铬可提高气缸使用寿命3.5倍以上,具有较高的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Study on non trough, electric plating technique of netted multi hole chromium plating for cylinder liner abrasion was made. The electric plating technical norms, the electric plating technical rules and the SCM control system were designed. The exact quality controll of SCM for chromium plating thickness and positive electrode corroding were realized, which guaranteed the quality of netted multi hole chromium plating. The results showed that the netted multi hole chromium plating had a higher wear resistance of particle abrasion, adhesion abrasion and corrosive abrasion and its wearing capacity was 3 56 times greater than that of 45 # steel, and its anti impulsive force was much higher than that of low temperature iron electric plating. It can raise the cylinder liner working life to more than 3 5 times longer than usual.
