摘    要:为探讨代乳品营养水平对高寒牧区早期断奶羔羊的饲喂效果,选取30只10日龄的甘肃高山细毛羊羔羊,分为5组,其中对照组(E)羔羊由母羊自由哺乳,并放牧;试验组羔羊10日龄断奶,分为A、B、C、D 4组,代乳品消化能、粗蛋白含量相应为18.5 MJ/kg2、3.0%,20.0 MJ/kg、25.0%,21.5 MJ/kg、27.0%,23.0MJ/kg、29.0%,试验期至90日龄。结果表明,50及70日龄时,对照组羔羊体质量高于试验组;90日龄时,C、D组羔羊体质量显著高于A组(P0.05),E组高于A、B、C组(P0.05),而D组与E组差异不显著(P0.05);E组瘤胃指数显著低于B、C、D组(P0.05),肾脏指数、肝脏指数显著低于各试验组(P0.05)。上述结果显示,高寒牧区羔羊10日龄断奶时,采食消化能23.00 MJ/kg、粗蛋白含量29.0%代乳品的体质量与未断奶羔羊无显著差异,生长发育情况优于其他低能低蛋白质的早期断奶羔羊,早期断奶羔羊的胃肠道和肝肾发育程度高于未断奶羔羊。

Abstract:Four milk replacer diets (A, B, C and D), their digestible energy (MJ/kg) and crude protein (%) were 18.5 and 23.0, 20.0 and 25.0, 21.5 and 27.0, 23.0 and 29.0 respectively, were designed to study their feeding effects on early weaned lambs in alpine pastoral area. Thirty lambs (10 day old) were randomly divided into 5 groups including 4 test groups (A, B, C, D) and 1 control group (E). The lambs in Group E were raised with ewes milk. The trial period was 90 days. The results showed that the weight and the daily gain of Group E were higher than the test groups while the lamb age was 50 and 70 days. While the age was 90 days, the body weight of Group C and D was significantly higher than Group A (P<0.05); Group E was higher than Group A, B, C (P<0.05), but the difference between group D and E (P>0.05) was not significant. Rumen index of Group E was significantly lower than Group B, C and D (P<0.05), meanwhile, the kidney index and liver index were significantly lower than test groups (P<0.05). It could be concluded that the milk replacer contained 29.0% crude protein and 23.00 MJ/kg digestible energy was proper.
