摘    要:采用嫁接育苗技术是解决薄皮甜瓜塑料大棚重茬生产问题,克服连作障害,预防枯萎病,使甜瓜增产增收的有效途径。选用南瓜、甜瓜砧木与当地大棚主栽薄皮甜瓜品种进行嫁接栽培试验,结果表明,以青萌砧木1号、甜瓜王子2号为砧木采用靠接法嫁接,砧木与接穗亲和性好,嫁接苗成活率90%左右;嫁接苗生长势强,高抗枯萎病,生产中未出现急性凋萎现象。同自根甜瓜相比,嫁接甜瓜口感、风味、品质、中心可溶性固形物含量没有明显差异,增产幅度22.70%~56.25%。

Abstract:Grafting cultivation technology is use to overcome problem of mono-cropping,Fusarium wilt,and to increase yield and return of oriental melon(Cucumis melo)production in plastic-house.Tongue grafting method was used to grafting interspecific squash Qingmeng No.1 with oriental melon Wangzi No.2.The results showed that Qingmeng No.1 and Wangzi No.2 had good compatibility with survival rate 90%.The grafted seedlings had strong vigor and were highly resistant to wilt.Compared with non-grafting check,no significant difference in the taste,flavor,quality and central soluble solid content were observed.However,the grafted melon produced 22.70%-56.25% more yield.
