摘    要:通过对茶油利用的溯源、食用、使用和食疗记事、传说轶事等历史文化和当代茶油的习俗文化的挖掘整理,把握住我国茶油消费特征和文化特征。在此基础上,指出依靠茶油文化这一"软实力"是促进我国油茶产业发展的另一有效途径。

Abstract:By the investigation of the legendary stories and customs related to tea-seed oil consumption, we uncovered the tea-seed oil culture and its consumption characteristics in China. We suggested the soft power of tea-seed oil culture be another effective method to promote the development of Chinese tea-seed oil industry.
