闽楠人工林叶片水压亏缺日变化规律研究

摘    要:选用美国Li-Cor公司生产的Li-Cor6400便携式光合作用测定仪为测量工具,在4月、7月、9月、12月对8年生闽楠叶片水压亏缺日变化规律进行研究。结果表明:不同的季节,闽楠上、下部叶片水压亏缺日变化呈现出明显的单峰型曲线变化规律,且不同季节其整体变化趋势基本一致,均为早晚较低,中午较高,其中夏季的变化幅度最大;叶片水压亏缺与大气温度和空气相对湿度关系密切,与大气温度的日变化趋势几乎完全一致,与空气相对湿度的日变化趋势则几乎完全相反。

Abstract:The diurnal variations of leaf water deficit characteristics of 8-year-old Phoebe bournei in April,July,September and December were researched using Li-Cor6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results showed that,Vpdl of lower and upper leaves of Phoebe bournei presented obvious curve changes with unimodal types in different seasons. And the overall trend in different seasons was identical,which was relatively low in morning and evening,high in noon. The maximum amplitude was in summer. Diurnal variation of Vpdl and Ta were almost identical to each other,while diurnal variation trend of RH was almost the opposite,which showed that the Vpdl were closely related with Ta and RH.
